Society has established a rural technology workshop to impart training to tribal youth and women in various technical skills like fabrication, blacksmithy, wood work, lacquer ware, cane & bamboo/Ringals work and construction technology. The workshop has been registered as an independent co-operative society. The co-operative provides fulltime employment to about 30 tribal persons. Activities during past years were:
- Production and sale of handicrafts / furniture worth (approx.) Rs. 7,00,000.00
- Development of new products.
- Training programmes (1-6 months) on Ringal/bamboo craft for village artisans and women’s groups.
